About me

My name is Nele Roth, and I bring passion, creativity, and a love for innovation to my work in fashion design. In 2020, I started my career with an internship at Hugo Boss in Pattern Design before moving into Formalwear Design, where I gained some experience conceptualizing and creating high-quality menswear pieces. Later, I joined Marc O’Polo for about a year and a half as an Assistant in the Jersey and Sweat department within the Womenswear division. There, I further developed my skills in designing casual yet sophisticated jersey and sweat pieces that aligned with the brand’s identity.

Since May 2023, I have been back at HUGO BOSS in the BOSS Menswear Formalwear Black Team. Initially, I supported the development of coats, suits, jackets, and broken suits. After only two months, I took over responsibility for the trouser product group, and since July 2025, I have also been fully responsible for coats while co-designing the broken suits category together with with my teammate, including casual jackets and overshirt-and-trouser combinations. My work focuses on combining elegant silhouettes, functionality, and contemporary trends with high-quality sustainable fabrics to create designs that are both stylish and practical.

Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions about me or my portfolio.

Yours sincerely,

Nele
